In this sequel to Alien House, Phil is once again called upon to save the Earth from invasion--by saving Alpha House from losing its charter! Turns out when Phil saved the Earth last time, there was a little property damage, and now Alpha has to pay for it! But where is this bunch going to come up with $15,000? As usual, there's a plan, and as usual, nothing goes according to it.
In the meantime, some of Newton College's more ... adventurous ... co-eds have invited Phil to a party, Phil's relationship with Robin is on a rocket trajectory (sometimes flying high and sometimes threatening to burn up on re-entry), the dean wants Alpha Tau Ceti to uphold the honor of the school before the whole country, and there's a mysterious object orbiting the planet which which seems only to respond to signals sent by Phil's own people...
The fate of the Earth is in the hands of a bunch of partying frat boys. Hey, we've been in worse situations...
