The No One Here Gets Out Alive Update The Doors Don’t Want You to Read
In 2011, an electronic version of my biography of Jim Morrison, NO ONE HERE GETS OUT ALIVE, the No. 2 New York Times bestseller, was to be published by Grand Central Publishing with an all-new epilog chronicling the dramatic ups and downs of The Doors of the past two decades. The surviving Doors and the co-author’s widow have blocked that publication. How that happened, along with the “censored” epilog are now being offered exclusively on Kindle. There is also a bonus story telling how the original book was written and a foreword that explains why Morrison remains relevant more than 40 years after his mysterious death.
