Stalking the corridors of a hospital, Dr. D’Ath injects Jude in her quest to build a vampire society that can destroy humanity and save Earth from destruction. This gives Jude, as a partial vampire, the ability to morph into either a male or female human to seduce and pierce his victims. It also allows him to investigate his fluid sexuality, but he struggles between his former life and his present vampire instincts.
