Boundless 2013: The Anthology of the Rio Grande Valley International Poetry Festival

This fifth incarnation of Boundless, the official anthology of the Rio Grande Valley International Poetry Festival. VIPF is held annually since 2008 each April in deep South Texas. From the beginning, we have always included poems by American poets as well as poets from around the world.
