Rascan, an inventor of some skill and eccentricity, is not pleased to discover that Friday, his normally meek and submissive assistant, has been hiding something from him, a new invention of unknown design and purpose. When Rascan tries to figure out what exactly this new Contraption does, however, he learns that Friday is not quite so one-sided as he thought. And Rascan, finding himself in a very compromised position, learns that he's not quite so one-sided either. Together, the two men explore their relationship in whole new ways.
