Julie is a young girl living with her mother in a dilapidated part of town. Julie's life has not been the best lately since her mom brought her boyfriend to live with them; a man that Julie is not fond of for a variety of reasons. Walking home one day, she encounters Winston, an old man that is enthralling as much as he is mysterious. They form a bond that will change both of their lives in ways that cannot be imagined.
