You’re an interdimensional rescue worker.
A Bleed Zone has erupted in the middle of the United States, on a beautiful day, in the center of a cornfield.
There’s a very obvious creature visiting our world in the middle of the greenery. It’s ridiculously huge, but it’s peaceful. At the moment, it seems content to wander slowly in the sun and nibble corn.
There are only four members to your team. You don’t have the bandwidth to send the inter-D home fast. It’s going to take a while. The creature isn’t likely to understand what's happening, and it’s likely to rampage.
Your job is to clear the nearby houses before the team starts working seriously.
One family sends you to their neighbor, a widow with lots of kids and no working truck. You head over, but you can’t find anyone at the house—just the heartbreaking corpse of a friendly looking dog.
