Devious Rat persuades greedy Fox to form an alliance with him to take over the jungle government. When Fox comes into power, animals are exploited and jungle riches siphoned off into their own personal accounts. Wolf tries to stop them, but few of the animals who are trying to expose Fox and Rat trust him. Will Wolf be able to gather all these individual fighters together? Or will Rat find a way to stop him?
